"I've been with State Farm for my auto/home insurance needs for over 22+ years. Although I know I could save a few dollars by switching to another carrier, I enjoy knowing that my agent is there for me. Like a good neighbor... I've always had very pleasant and timely interactions with customer service. I highly recommend State Farm, specifically Thomas Rupert's office. The staff here is great! I can attest that when replacing a vehicle, the process is seamless. When you ask for a reply back, you will receive it!"

"State Farm started "Being There" 6 days from my New Year 2020. Thinking my car keys were in my coat pocket but quarters doing my launday I locked my car keys, yes in the car accidently! Called my agents office Thomas Ruperts & they helped me with such understanding & kindness. "Don't worry we can assist you Lori." Thats all I needed to hear! Thank you ever soooo much! State Farm has been always helpful to me with questions & all. Ive also have rental insurance. Call & ask questions you will not regret doing so!"
